– EU Customers: You may return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unused, and resalable condition. – Non-EU Customers (International Orders): You may return the items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees or customs duties (if applicable).

For users outside of Sweden, we agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden, for purposes of any legal action or dispute resolution.
