Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping online can sometimes pose  challenges, and we strive to make your experience as smooth as possible. Below, you  will find the details of our Returns & Exchanges policy, designed to offer clarity and  ensure your satisfaction. 

EU Orders: Free Returns 

For orders placed within the European Union, we offer free returns within 14 days of  receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. 
• All original tags and packaging are intact. 
• The item has not been altered in any way. 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at  info@gurozvestiti.com, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to  return. We will promptly provide instructions on how to return your item. 

International Orders (Outside the EU) 

For customers outside of the European Union, we accept returns within 30 days of  receiving your order. Please ensure that the following conditions are met: 

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. 
• All original tags and packaging are intact. 
• The item has not been altered or used. 

Return Shipping Costs: 

• For international orders over €200, we will cover the return shipping costs. • For orders under €200, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs,  unless the item is faulty or damaged. 

To initiate a return for international orders, please reach out to our Customer Support  team at info@gurozvestiti.com. Include your order number and details of the items  you wish to return, and our team will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges 

We accept exchanges for items in new, unused condition, with all original tags and  packaging intact. To exchange an item, please contact us via email at  info@gurozvestiti.com, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to  exchange, and your desired replacement. Exchange eligibility is subject to product  availability. 

Refunds 

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will process your  refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the  processing time may take 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
